Latest news! Results of the survey on the acceptance and intention to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) among auditors of EURORAI member institutions

In accordance with a decision taken at the EURORAI Management Committee meeting held in Brussels in September 2024, the General Secretariat requested the cooperation of the executive positions in EURORAI member institutions in the dissemination of a survey on the acceptance and intention to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) among the auditors of their institutions.
This has been an initiative of a research group from the University of Almeria (Spain). The aim was to identify factors that influence the motivation and willingness of public auditors to integrate Artificial Intelligence into the performance of their public sector audit tasks.
More than 180 auditors from 34 member institutions answered the online questionnaire and the results of the survey are now available and can be downloaded here.
