Around 125 delegates coming from 13 different countries attended the XII EURORAI Congress which took place last 2 October in the Swiss city of Geneva. The event was hosted by the Internal Audit Service of the canton of Geneva and the theme chosen was "Exchange of experiences in the context of audits performed by regional public sector audit institutions on the management of natural disasters".

Most important decisions adopted at the EURORAI Management Committee meeting held in Geneva

At its meeting held on October 1^st 2025 in Geneva the EURORAI Management Committee approved the joining as full member of the Control and Audit Office of the city of Alytus in Lithuania.

The 12^th EURORAI Congress including the General Assembly of Members will take place in October 2025 in Geneva. The host institution of the event will be the Internal Audit Service of the Canton of Geneva. The congress will be devoted to the exchange of experiences in the context of audits performed by regional public sector audit institutions on the management of natural disasters.

Representatives of 44 member institutions of EURORAI took part in the annual General Assembly held last 25 April in Oviedo in the context of the seminar of the Association on the theme “The analysis of the effectiveness, efficiency and economy of public policies by regional public sector audit institutions”.
